The Realm
This setting describes the Scarlet Realm, an imperial power founded by the Scarlet Empress and ruled from the Blessed Isle. With the Empress missing, the Great Houses of the Scarlet Dynasty scheme for influence while kingdoms and city-states across Creation submit to the authority of the Scarlet Throne, the Imperial legions, and the Immaculate Order. The material details the Realm’s history, politics, culture, law, and economy, along with its ministries, Deliberative, magistracy, intelligence service, military, and state religion. It also explores the Blessed Isle and the Realm’s satrapies throughout Creation.
