An unusual stone circle formed from concentric rings of monoliths surrounds a dolmen at its centre. The site acts as a magical dampener, suppressing the abilities of anything that enters, with the effect increasing toward the innermost rings. This location is designed for d100 roleplaying systems but can be adapted to other games. The PDF includes a sketch map, printer-friendly layer controls, and supporting material.
