The Regiment: Local Forces
Mercenary forces often operate alongside indigenous reservists or poorly trained regulars equipped with obsolete, second-hand equipment. These local units can hold secondary objectives and provide affordable anti-aircraft, artillery, reconnaissance, and VTOL attack support. Since opposing forces may use similar equipment, vehicles are often marked with identification stripes to reduce friendly fire. This PDF includes descriptions and complete statistics for 11 vehicles, along with a company-level combined-arms team organization for use with Stargrunt II and Dirtside II. It also includes photographs of models suitable for representing the listed units.
