The Road to Babel
A nameless protagonist searches the Appalachian wilderness for his lost memories and a way home in this GM-less folk horror experience. Players act as omnipresent narrators, reconstructing his scattered experiences through storytelling, improvisation, and cipher solving. Deciphered clues reveal fractured memories, which shape further narration and help piece together what happened in the woods. Occult, medical, and mountain knowledge can inform play but is not required.
