Once-servants of a reclusive sage must abandon their daily duties and take up weapons when the forces of the Seventh Thrall of Sezrekan destroy their master’s tower and carry him away. The party must infiltrate Castle Nyr, confront its defenders, and attempt to rescue the Old Man. This 0-level funnel adventure is designed to begin a new Dungeon Crawl Classics RPG campaign, sending inexperienced characters through a dangerous test that may leave them as seasoned adventurers—or casualties.
