In the mist-shrouded city-state of Kurokane, rival domains meet to negotiate truces and alliances while assassins, spies, and forbidden curses threaten the gathering. Players take the roles of emissaries and observers, using persuasion, intrigue, and secret agendas to influence the negotiations. Each seeks to uncover the conspiracy behind an ancient blood pact—or help ensure that it succeeds.
