A limited-edition character playbook for Apocalypse World. It introduces a character shaped by the world’s psychic maelstrom, which consumes the fortune of the living and the dead and produces its own strange inhabitants. The playbook provides rules and fiction for portraying one of these beings in the post-apocalyptic setting.
