A DCC RPG-compatible town center for characters of levels 0–4, Stennard is a famine-stricken community dealing with corrupt leadership and social unrest. The setting includes an overview of its laws, culture, and religions, along with 11 encounter locations populated by notable NPCs. NPC rumor and opinion tables provide 64 rumors and connect the town’s residents through their motivations and relationships. Menus, goods for sale, and a name generator round out the town center, which can serve as a base for adventurers or stand alone in an ongoing campaign.
