A DCC RPG-compatible town center for characters of 0th–4th level, set in Stennard, a struggling community affected by famine and corrupt leadership. The zine details nine encounter locations, their inhabitants, rumors, and opinions, creating connections and tensions among the town’s NPCs. It includes rules and tables for famine, taint, scarcity, carousing, encounters, town sales and services, and guests at the Lost Traveler Common House. Stennard can serve as a base for adventurers or stand alone as a small-town setting linked to several related adventures.
