The TER Foundation
This supplement introduces a billionaire-funded foundation that publicly produces educational and children’s media while pursuing an aggressive anti-LGBTQ agenda. It provides a new antagonistic organization for campaigns set in a dystopian cyberpunk future shaped by climate change, corporate greed, economic collapse, and social unrest. The book includes three new antagonists and story seeds for characters to challenge the foundation’s influence, whether fighting for vulnerable communities, resisting in the streets, or using the internet against its operations.
