In the docks district of Westgate, shady deals and shifting alliances shape daily life. Locals navigate rival factions and choose the lesser of many evils to survive, but the arrival of a new chief sergeant upsets the fragile balance of power. This Living Forgotten Realms adventure is set in the Dragon Coast for characters of levels 4–7.
