A towering structure rises behind an iron gate on Lord’s Promenade. Its glittering quartzite facade is carved with braided serpents, while an austere granite building supported by heavy columns forms its foundation. The tower’s spire overlooks the surrounding courtyard, glowing with an eerie yellow light after dark.
