The Trollkin Communes
In a neglected corner of the Empire, a once-thriving farming town has declined into a quiet thorpe, leaving abandoned fields, ruined settlements, bandit-infested roads, and dangerous forests. Trollkin refugees have formed independent communes, but desperation and the rise of strongarm leaders have led to theft, a botched caravan robbery, and the taking of hostages. Players investigate the escalating conflict, contend with bandits and beasts, and determine how to respond to the communes and the unrest surrounding them.
