The Twice-Robbed Tomb

An adventure for four 3rd-level characters, or six or more 2nd-level characters, set around the tomb of Pheniket the Pharaonic. Once a ruthless foreign ruler who used forbidden arcane pacts to build his power, Pheniket left behind a legacy of strange customs, vanished enemies, and devoted followers. Treasure hunters have already looted much of the tomb, overcoming animated dead and crude golems to recover magical weapons, armor, and grave goods. A sealed section remains unexplored, however, hidden behind a sense of dark foreboding and guarded by a malevolent presence that protects the tomb’s true prize.
