The Universal World Profile
A step-by-step handbook for turning Universal World Profile data into detailed, memorable settings for Cepheus Engine and other classic science-fiction roleplaying games. It approaches world creation from a story and scenario perspective rather than focusing on planetary physics, helping referees fill in missing details and create believable worlds that players can quickly understand. Sections examine characteristics such as size, atmosphere, and technology level, with comparisons to real and fictional planets. Three example worlds demonstrate the process, while flexible guidance allows each planet to develop its own distinctive identity.
