The Unspoken
This roleplaying supplement presents a Power Level 16 villain who crosses into the material world from beyond reality to spread madness, suffering, and chaos. As a master of eldritch forces, the diminutive antagonist poses a threat even to powerful mystics and the fabric of reality itself. The character is part of the Beacon City setting but can be added to other campaigns with minimal changes. Heroes must uncover the purpose of the latest invasion and stop the plan before it reaches its conclusion.
