The Vacuous Grimoire Volume Four
A psionic rules supplement for fantasy roleplaying campaigns, drawing on the dangerous and uncommon nature of early-edition psionics. It uses a modified form of magic-psionic transparency: magical protections and suppressions work only partially against psionic powers, and psionic effects likewise have reduced influence over magic. These rules give non-psionic characters some means of defense while preserving the threat posed by powerful psionic attacks.
