The Village of Hommlet: A Fiasco Playset
Trouble returns to a sleepy village on the edge of the old Cult of Elemental Evil’s abandoned moathouse. Druidic farmers, St. Cuthbert-worshipping townsfolk, feuding locals, and opportunistic adventurers collide as the settlement struggles with its sudden influx of mercenaries. This playset provides relationships, needs, locations, and objects for a collaborative roleplaying session. Players create connected characters, frame scenes, and use dice to shape a story of ambition, suspicion, and disastrous consequences.
