The Woggle
An aquatic character race for the Cerulean Seas setting, woggles are artistic, music-loving descendants of grindylows. They are linked to maritime songs and legends, but suffer a dangerous affliction: without near-constant exposure to a particularly difficult lullaby in old age, they gradually become murderous and unstable.
