It details their physiology, psychology, methods of choosing and inhabiting hosts, and the powers arising from their unusual nature. The book also provides rules for countering Gorgons with cantrips, spells, and major powers, along with new abilities, story hooks, and sample Gorgons to challenge, assist, or frighten characters.
