City guards are closing in as characters move through crowded streets, robbing nobles, climbing balconies, and escaping across rooftops. This roleplaying supplement focuses on characters living on the wrong side of the law. It includes archetypes for player characters, six new professions, a new ancestry, rules for drinks and intoxication, the Flying Wheel organization, guidance for game masters on using a thief character, and the adventure Torrlagd.
