This sourcebook expands a superhuman role-playing game with campaigns centered on characters who work within official institutions. Players can portray powered members of the police, military, presidential security, or other government agencies as they protect civilians, investigate threats, and carry out dangerous operations. It includes guidance for developing these campaigns, new Traits for building characters, and additional allies and rivals to introduce into ongoing stories.
