A ready-to-use World of Darkness location centered on a city blood bank, where vampires seek to control the supply of human vitae. The material explores blood donation, the commercialization of blood, and the ways Kindred influence the institution through subtle manipulation or direct intervention. It includes four chronicle starters focused on the blood bank and its role in local vampire society, along with NPCs connected to it as employees, infiltrators, and regular donors.
