Top Secret Serums
This supplement presents 110 fast-acting serums produced in Nazi Germany, the Soviet Union, and Japan in 1948. Injected by hypodermic needle, the serums grant temporary superhuman abilities while causing physical changes in their subjects. Player characters and adversaries can become mutant mega-men, hybrid beast-men, or enhanced super soldiers, adding biochemical powers and transformations to a 1948 science-fiction setting.
