TRAVELLER Psionics in HERO System Rules
This rules supplement adapts Traveller-style psionics for use in the HERO System. It supports characters who retain or acquire access to PSI Talents outside their original campaigns. Psionic abilities are organized around two elements: a character’s Psionic Strength Rating (PSR) and the Psionic Talent groups available to them.
