Turn of the Torrent
The Silver Ravens return to Kintargo to oppose inquisitor Barzillai Thrune and his oppressive diabolic regime. To rebuild the rebellion, the heroes must secure allies among the Hellknights of the Torrent, local rebel cults, and dissatisfied government agents. This adventure for 4th-level characters focuses on urban investigation, political alliances, and the search for a defensible headquarters. It includes new monsters, details on the fishlike skum, and a Pathfinder Journal for expanding a Hell’s Rebels campaign.
