Umber Valley
A supplement for Index Card RPG: Vigilante City, this expands supers campaigns with additional Powers, Hero concepts, and campaign options. It includes a map of Umber Valley with eight districts, gangs, and random event tables covering incidents from petty crime to world-ending schemes. The map can be placed south of Grey Heights to create a larger city setting.
