A gonzo post-apocalyptic campaign sourcebook for adding strange new elements to a wasteland setting. It introduces a complete psionic system with seven disciplines, 18 Wizard and Cleric spells, and five character classes: Wasteland Psion, Psi Mutant, Psylatan, Beastkin, and Shifter. The Cache of Astonishing Salvage provides wasteland treasures, forgotten foodstuffs, Graytech, and tables for generating alien rayguns.
