Urban Seeker
This Dungeons & Dragons 4th Edition Quick Build presents a Seeker focused on urban environments. It includes a Seeker’s Bond, 20 new powers spanning levels 1–30, and a class-specific Paragon Path. Abilities such as Cobblestone Scatter, Plague of Rats, and Citywalk help the character hinder enemies, create distractions, and move through the city—including solid walls.
