An encyclopedia of Urda, a fantastic 19th-century world beneath skies filled with airships. Steam-powered automobiles race through the streets, while steamships travel to distant continents, and Victorian adventurers of fantastical ancestry combine mysterious magic with advanced technology. The setting features pulp adventures involving lost treasures, jungle and mountain expeditions, villains, and mad scientists. It presents adventures, locations, non-player characters, creatures, machines, and useful rules information for action-focused play.
