In 1929, the arrival of sound threatens the careers of silent-film stars. Players take part in the schemes of a silent-film director who attempts to defeat the new technology by bringing forgotten stars back to life. The game centers on reviving these deceased performers and using them in the director’s plan, evoking the rivalries, fading fame, and dark humor of early cinema.
