Valeria: Card Kingdoms – Darksworn
A story unfolds over 6 books filled with tasks, boons, dangers, and lurking evil. Players work together to complete each book’s tasks, build effective citizen tableaus, and defend their kingdom from attacking monsters. New rules and cards are introduced throughout the saga, with some effects lasting across multiple books. Walls protect the citizen stacks, while the Blessings Board provides powers, frees captured citizens, and rebuilds fallen defenses. If monsters reach the Blessings Board, the group loses.
