Valiant Universe: The Deckbuilding Game
Players lead rival organizations attempting to seize a hidden research facility beneath Alcatraz, where villains, creatures, alien entities, and secret projects are held captive. The facility is represented by a shifting 5-by-5 grid of card decks. Players build unique decks by purchasing cards from sectors they control, play cards to attack opponents and manipulate the grid, and move superhero miniatures through the facility to deal additional damage and use special abilities. Damage can shut down sectors and reduce an organization’s cohesion; players are eliminated when their cohesion reaches zero, and the last organization remaining wins.
