Van Richten's Tower
This chapter overhauls an arcane tower haunted by the spirit of Khazan, an archmage and lich reduced to a boneclaw and imprisoned in a shadowy demiplane overlapping the building. As adventurers explore the tower’s magic, they may risk releasing him. The update combines two special events into a single streamlined encounter and expands the tower’s areas with new lore, flavor, and loot. It also includes character guides, roleplaying advice, magic item descriptions, and statistics for the NPCs featured in the chapter.
