A roleplaying adventure set in the winter city of Babor in Barbia, where secret police and informants shape everyday life. The player characters become involved in clandestine messages, betrayal and attempts to evade the State Security Commission while making contact with the Kardians. The scenario is primarily intended for use with Ereb ’98.
