Players create stories about surviving corporate oppression, investigating conspiracies, decoding otherworldly transmissions, and uncovering the secrets of VAST, Omega Corp, NEX, and the city’s rival factions. The setting supports campaigns focused on rebellion, existential mystery, and the question of whether free will is possible in a world where reality is constantly changing.
