As contact with the city and emergency teams is lost, the outbreak threatens sentient life on Earth. This sourcebook introduces a biological-horror crisis for Psi-Watch campaigns, shifting super-espionage action toward quarantine operations, xenohazard response, and desperate survival against an expanding infection.
