Vehicle Mayhem
A set of rules for running car battles and road races in a dangerous wasteland. Players build vehicles from base models and modifications, use special firearms, and wreck rival cars while racing across the road. Guidance covers running road-race tournaments and includes random events that make each mile unpredictable and dangerous.
