Vicious Villains IV: Psychotic Psychics
A collection of ten pre-generated psychic supervillains for Mutants & Masterminds 3rd Edition. The characters include a hypnotizing devil, a fallen hero, an anti-psychic agent, a concealed villain, a cryokinetic self-styled queen, a mind-reading murderer, an empath who draws strength from pain, an exiled alien, a disgraced vigilante, and telepathic invaders. The villains range from power level 6 to 15 and can serve as antagonists or player characters in an all-villain game. Character sheets include point totals for customization by players or Game Masters.
