Victims and Bystanders
This roleplaying supplement presents two dozen non-player characters for use in Hot Chicks campaigns. The characters range from street-level criminals to academics, with varying levels of competence, and can serve as people to rescue, threaten, involve in schemes, or add dialogue and personality to a scenario. It also includes ideas for running a lower-powered, down-and-dirty game focused on tension, story, and dark humor. The supplement contains strong language and mature themes.
