Victory's Vault Volume 1, Issue 09
A science-fantasy equipment supplement presented through the vault of an ancient race devoted to Victory. It includes a selection of weapons, a unique piece of armor, a vehicle for heroes or villains, and a “white elephant” such as an animal, playable package, special abilities, or an explorable location. The supplement also provides notes on how the items are presented and rules or guidance for haggling, including its possible benefits and consequences.
