Villagers & Villains: City Builder
Mayors develop their villages by placing City Upgrade Tokens on available City Cards. Each card provides a unique ability and additional points at the end of the game, with up to two mayors able to use each card. A selection of 18 City Cards creates varied setups between games. The expansion adds components and rules for a sixth player, along with town mats that provide player aids and organize village components, tokens, and gold. It also includes team and cooperative play options, plus additional house rules.
