This issue presents Fred Jones, the Staff of Honnibar, and the staff’s minions, the Other-Thralls, for use as adversaries in fantasy roleplaying campaigns. It includes villain statistics, secrets, a Redeemability Scale rating, adventure seeds, and assorted magic items for both sides to use. A bonus preview introduces the Enchantment/Enhancement rules for the Victory System.
