Villainous Compendium (5E)
A collection of ready-to-use villains, henchmen, followers, magical artifacts, quests, maps, and supporting NPCs for Pathfinder or 5E campaigns. It includes 43 villains, 68 henchmen and retainers, more than 40 quests, over 450 complete statblocks, and hundreds of rumors and pieces of lore. Each villain chapter provides background, motivations, appearance, combat behavior, adventure hooks, lairs, maps, dedicated quests, and scalable statblocks for different challenge levels. The material is designed to support one or more sessions per villain with minimal preparation.
