Villains and Vigilantes Card Game: Mind over Matter
Two villains with formidable mental powers face the brute strength of Maxima, the ultimate warrior-woman from the future. Marionette seizes control of minds, while the psychic vampire Temper manipulates emotions, turns allies against one another, and grows stronger amid the resulting chaos. This expansion includes two fully playable pre-constructed decks, new power cards, minor characters, heroic allies, friends, victims, plot twists, and missions. The decks are compatible with the base set and can be combined with existing cards to create custom combinations of heroes, villains, powers, and missions.
