Villains for Cyberpunk: Book 1

This supplement presents three antagonists for a cyberpunk roleplaying campaign: Kaine “Cipher” Black, a cybernetic hacker and information broker; Ivy “Nighthawk” Voss, a corporate spy specializing in infiltration and espionage; and Maelstrom “Overlord” Skye, a gang leader who commands augmented thugs and uses extortion to control the streets. Each villain brings distinct resources, methods, and conflicts to a neon-lit dystopian setting, providing adversaries centered on blackmail, corporate secrets, gang violence, and the struggle for power.
