Villains NPC Codex
A collection of prebuilt NPCs for the Spheres of Power and Might subsystem, drawn from three distinct villainous factions: the outlaw Blackthorn Consortium, the evangelical Cult of Kas’shan, and the Rat Skull Mafia. The characters include fusiliers, striker leaders, zealots, evangelists, thugs, and other faction members. Each entry provides the NPC’s construction details, adjustment recommendations, and tactics for use in encounters.
