This supplement presents Cold War Berlin as the dramatic center of a comic-book-inspired setting, where NATO super-soldiers confront meta-human Soviet operatives across the Berlin Wall. It draws on 1980s films, comics, and television, with homages to familiar characters and stories. The focus is on the divided city and the super-soldiers deployed there by both sides of the Iron Curtain.
