The campaign continues as the characters pursue otherworldly horrors and their servants into regions untouched by humanity for thousands of years. They confront the King in Yellow and seek to prevent him from reaching their home world, while risking madness in the process. This adventure path forms the second part of a campaign taking characters from level 1 to level 17 across two volumes. It includes a gallery of NPCs, new monsters, expanded information on the Mythos, the Great Old Ones, and the Necronomicon, as well as guides to locations such as Okeno.
