A collection of 17 minimalist adventure hooks for campaigns set on a world completely covered by oceans. Each launch provides a situation, location, or mystery for the Referee to develop, with prompts and questions to guide further inspiration. The deliberately open background allows the material to fit into different campaigns and settings, including encounters involving floating platforms, lost vessels, sealed escape pods, and other dangers of an oceanic world.
